I highly recommend this book to anyone who is currently or is planning on creating Web sites. There is a wealth of information in the few short pages that comprise it.

This book was first published in 2000, and a second edition followed up in 2005. It is still as relevant today as it was then. Good usability does not really change, and the principles in this book are very usable. The book does not focus on any aspect of technology, rather the importance of usability.
